After extensive negotiations with both the Freeholder and 90 Leaseholders Urban Airspace Group captured a planning consent for 6 penthouses in this quiet enclave of central London, near Buckingham Palace
Using innovative build methodologies Urban Airspace Group used a part modular system to build the 6 penthouses suspended off the main structure of the existing mansion block.
Closing the road outside UAG craned in 20 tons of steel over the 9th floor of the Mansion block to the rear 6th floor of the building where the steel construction was situated.Once the development was finished UAG updated some of the communal areas of the existing buildings for the leaseholders too.

A very interesting project where we developed an additional 2 storeys on an Old Dairy in Ladbroke Grove to create 3 contemporary town houses. This created an additional 3,000sqft to the original building and brought it back into use.

Hampton High Street, London Borough of Richmond, TW12
Urban Airspace Group developed 5 apartments over an existing warehouse, behind Hampton High Street.
Subsequently UAG also developed the Warehouse below to provide 9 units overall. This made excellent use of the available space to deliver much needed residential property in this ever-popular village in South-West London.
In total an additional 4,500sqft was created in addition to the existing structure.

Two bedroom split level maisonette, fully refurbished to a high standard, this split level property offers two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and fantastic fitted storage throughout. This property offers not only ample space, but also multiple transport options and shops within walking distance.

UAG created 2 large lateral apartments in the dead space between two existing Victorian buildings, totaling 2700ft in the heart of this highly popular high street in Chiswick, west London. All communal parts where completely refurbished with the addition of new security doors and lighting.
