Once a contract has been agreed to acquire your Airspace we have a dedicated team of Planners, Architects and Engineers who will navigate through the most challenging of planning applications respecting the local Architecture, Heritage and surroundings.
This process produces a meaningful return for Freeholders and landlords and in addition to improved values to existing apartments there is also a potential for Urban Airspace to upgrade and enhance communal areas. On receipt of a valid planning permission and completion of contract we would commence our construction phase. With a combination of modular build methods and a dedicated project management team our aim is to create the least inconvenience to existing occupiers whilst producing a high quality product.
