The Process

Once a contract has been agreed to acquire your Airspace we have a dedicated team of Planners, Architects and Engineers who will navigate through the most challenging of planning applications respecting the local Architecture, Heritage and surroundings.

This process produces a meaningful return for Freeholders and landlords and in addition to improved values to existing apartments there is also a potential for Urban Airspace to upgrade and enhance communal areas. On receipt of a valid planning permission and completion of contract we would commence our construction phase. With a combination of modular build methods and a dedicated project management team our aim is to create the least inconvenience to existing occupiers whilst producing a high quality product.

All projects are environmentally friendly with much emphasis on sustainability using a variety of technical builds and Green options. We believe that good design should be at the heart of all sustainable developments. All our projects need to sit comfortably within their surroundings, with particular emphasis on ‘green living’ which makes a more attractive environment for all. Using a combination of solar panels, grey water and green roofs we believe we can create sustainable developments to stand the test of time.
